The Mindful Gorilla is about practising Mindfulness in your daily life. This involves greater self awareness but also awareness of those around us. Many people today suffer from Depression and as a friend or family member, we can help support them through those dark days. This short video recently released by WHO gives a few easy tips and suggestions of how to support someone you care about who is suffering from depression.

Millions of people around the world live with depression. “Living with a black dog” is a guide for partners, carers and sufferers of depression. It advises those living with and caring for people with depression on what to do, what not to do, and where to go for help.
