Mindful Living Reminder

With our fast paced lives, constant distractions of smart phones, internet, television it seems almost impossible to find ways to get in touch with who we are and how we feel.  Our constant desire to be better than we are, achieve more than we do, own more than we have, have a better body, be a better parent, have a better partner etc. The list is endless. Our minds are full of thoughts that can seem to get rather tiring and sometimes destructive.  Although on the outside our lives may seem pretty perfect, on the inside there seems to be turmoil.  Sound familiar?
Mindful Living is an integrative mind-body approach that helps to change the way we deal with internal and external experiences, especially if these experiences are stressful.  We learn to enhance our ability to remain awake and aware of our thoughts and feelings, so that we become better able to manage them and become less enmeshed in them.
