Mindful Observation

WISE MIND

Wise mind integrates all ways of knowing: by observing, by analyzing, by feeling and by intuition.

Wise mind is almost always quiet- it has a certain peace.  You feel centered in your body.

Wise mind is similar to intuition.  It has the qualities of direct experience, immediate knowing and   understanding the meaning, significance, or truth of an event without having to analyze it intellectually.

No one is in wise mind all of the time.
