Meditation

Feel your feet touching the floor
Feel your knees slightly bent.
Breathe and move from the center.
Be aware of the breath.
Let the eyes be soft.
Receive.
Stay in touch with sensations.
Attend to every moment as if it were your last.
Be soft and alert, relaxed and precise.
Experience mindfulness moving from moment to moment.
