Walking meditation

Thich Nhat Hanh shares his reflections on walking meditation.

Practice meditation while you walk. You can be peaceful and happy during this practice. Do it as if you are the happiest person in the world, and if you do that you succeed in walking meditation. There is no goal or destination is set. No place to get. Walking is not a means, it is an end by itself. Each step you make, must make must make you peaceful happy and serene. Each step brings you back to the present moment. Which is the only moment in which we can be alive.
This video puts to music his poem on Walking Meditation.
